Admissions

Below, you will find all the official admission forms you may need in pdf form. Some of the forms you can complete before you print. Others will need to be printed before you complete. You will need to print and sign each form and either mail or deliver to the WETCC Admissions office, Waadookoodaading building, 701 E. Jefferson, Mahnomen, MN 56557.
